WELCOME TO THE STUDIO!

The Nache Method offers three forms of flexible fitness to add to your health and wellness routine. Pilates, Functional Mobility, and Stretch Therapy classes are designed to build your body's resilience through flexible movement. These classes are your go-to stretches after your gym sesh, or when you get a moment for yourself out of your busy day. Each class will build core strength, increase ROM and flexibility, and free your body and mind from daily stressors. All classes are low-intensity, minimal equipment, and are easily accessible to fit your schedule. Stretch past what you think you can do, dedicate some needed time for yourself, and feel free to move your body! Find below the class you need, and don't hesitate to take all three!!!

OUR CLASSES

  • PILATES

    Mindful movements that connect you to deep, core muscles. Strengthen and lengthen as you move with precise form and technicality to increase stability and spine flexibility.

  • MOBILITY

    Functional movements that activates small, under-used muscles. Build as you stretch to increase range of motion, and mobility to improve posture and strength for daily demands.

  • RELEASE

    Stretch therapy to refresh the mind and muscles. Completely let go of tension with resistance stretching and self-myofasical release techniques.
