I am so glad you are here! As a classically trained ballet dancer, movement has always been the center of my life. After my ballet career ended, I shifted professions to teaching Pilates classes, and training clients with customized workouts and stretches at a boutique fitness studio in Houston, TX for eight years. When the pandemic hit, I transferred my classes and clients to a digital platform. I immediately grew an appreciation for virtual teaching as everyone was free to move in their own space, at their own pace, and stayed present for the time we had together. My passion for helping others move with little to no pain reached more people virtually, and the potential to spread my teaching across the world was the driving force behind the innovation of The Nache Method. I firmly believe that all bodies and brains are different, but when used together you can reshape your movement, and thought patterns to maneuver through life without limitations.
