The Nache Method is an online guide of classes and programs to keep you motivated to move anytime, anywhere.

Our method combines Pilates Exercises and Stretch Therapy Techniques to build strength through flexibility.

All classes are low-intensity, minimal equipment, and are easily accessible to fit your schedule.

Our Classes

  • Strength

    Build strength and flexibility with low-impact, Pilates-based classes. You will focus on targeted exercises to activate your core, build long, lean muscles, and improve your range of motion (ROM). Use these classes to prep your body for higher-intensity workouts, prevent injuries, and prime your body to move with control and confidence for your day!

  • Stretch

    Heal your body and calm your mind with stretch therapy classes designed to release tension and improve flexibility. Using low-intensity movements, self-myofascial release techniques, and deep breathing, this class taps into your nervous system to heal your body from within. Perfect for anyone seeking a calming, restorative experience that leaves you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready to take on the day.
